FLEXTERA UNISTREAM Will Help to Increase Profitability of Payments and Transfers

Diasoft, a global provider of cutting-edge solutions for the financial services industry, and the UNISTREAM International Money Transfer System, announced the launch of the joint front-office solution FLEXTERA UNISTREAM.

The creation of FLEXTERA UNISTREAM was driven by major market challenges and the need to find new ideas to effectively solve critical tasks of the money transfer business.  Participants of this market were looking for a solution that would help them to counter dumping of prices by their competitors and avoid reduction of the income of the payment system and its partner banks. Now cash documents and postings can be created automatically in the bank IT system, while the front-office service will allow integration with any service delivery channel (mobile bank, internet bank, etc.). The cost saving is also ensured due to seamless integration of FLEXTERA UNISTREAM with other IT systems developed by Diasoft and due to availability of open interfaces for integration with any external systems.

The logic of the solution combines the functions of a customer service manager and a teller. Performance of these functions by a single participant of the business process will allow reducing the time of execution of a payment transaction to 3–5 minutes. At the same time, streamlining of data input will minimize the amount of errors and will not require high expenses for staff training. In comparison with the traditional scheme, FLEXTERA UNISTREAM increases the speed of customer services with the help of a user-friendly interface and a customized user menu.
